The Luis Valtue\u00f1a International Humanitarian Photography Award, founded in 1997 and organized every year by M\u00e9dicos del Mundo Spain, is dedicated to the memory of Flors, Luis, Manuel, and Mercedes, four of the organization\u2019s aid workers who were killed in Rwanda and Bosnia and Herzegovina while they provided humanitarian aid.<\/p>\n
