DESCRIPTION:Organized with the support of Photo Basel, Picter and Form., the Form Photo Award is dedicated to contemporary photography and to discovering emerging voices, fresh aesthetics, and thought-provoking themes. It aims to foster global dialogue, intellectual exchange, and cross-cultural solidarity within the art community.\nLast years, alongside receiving a cash prize, the winners of the Form Photo Award had their projects exhibited in Paris, and during Miami Scope with Form Gallery. For 2026, the the winners will receive free participation in Photo Basel Fair 2026 during Art Basel. Exhibiting at this leading-edge art fair—attended annually by over thousands gallerists, curators, collectors, critics, and photography professionals—offers an unparalleled opportunity to reach new audiences, gain meaningful recognition, and connect with key figures in the international photography scene.\nThe winning projects will also be featured in Form Magazine, providing further exposure to an international readership and enhancing the artists’ professional visibility.\nSubmission must include a biography, a project description, and up to 8 images.\nThe top five prize recipients will have their projects exhibited at the photo basel Art Fair in June 2026, during Art Basel Week, where they will be seen by thousands visitors. The selected projects will also be featured in Form. Magazine, offering international exposure, professional visibility, and the opportunity to connect with collectors and art professionals and sell their works. The exhibition will be fully organized and funded by Form.Gallery, including printing and logistics.\nTen shortlisted artists will be part of a digital exhibition at photo basel Art Fair during Art Basel. Their works will be included in the official exhibition catalogue and published in Form Magazine. Photographers selected for the longlist will receive personalized Submission Reviews.\nThe jury is composed of Sven Eisenhut-Hug (Co-Founder and Founding Co-Director of Art Salon Zürich, and the Director and Co-Founder of photo basel GmbH), Elwira Spychalska (Art historian specializing in modern art and photography), and Dimitri Bogachuk (Founder of Form. Gallery / Publishing / Magazine – co-founder of Photo Kyiv Fair, artist and curator).\nDeadline: 15th March 2026\nAward: The top five winners will have their projects exhibited at the photo basel Art Fair in June 2026, during Art Basel Week, where they will be seen by thousands visitors.
