DESCRIPTION:For the past 14 years, Circulation(s) festival promote a modern and inclusive vision of photography. He has more than a decade of discovering new emerging talent, and still a burning desire to make new visual writing accessible to all.\nEvery year, the festival brings together the general public, artists and professionals around a multi-faceted, adventurous and innovative program that questions the boundaries between photography and contemporary art.
